I was staring at the tank .When I noticed a shell that has been buried in a rock for years.Looking at it closer,it moved around the edge. This is such a bonus to see this ;because it was just a shell in a rock.

Great growth, great corals, great shots.  What bulb is it that's throwing that much purple?

Nice pictures Benny.  I like those red faced/blue skirt zoas and the blue acro.  Looking back in the thread, that frogspawn is a monster!  I also like the mix of the red and blue mushrooms, as well as the war coral.  Keep growing those beautiful corals.

So I had a problem with leaching, that effected some of my softies in a bad way.The use of skylight louver from a home improvement store was the culprit. I pulled the louver out, and those softies stopped disappearing. Those that where left have already ave made a decent comeback .  Before and After short video

That was a casualty of my crash. It was a red spotted blenny .I got it from petco a few years ago. They say it's hard to keep. Loved to eat pods . That louver did some damage.

I had set up my 30 gallon to place rocks with Xenia on them. The only thing that started to attack and kill the Xenia was the use of a lighting fixture ,that leached out something that put a heavy film in the tank. It's a great growing coral ,that is easy and simple to keep. You need to like it ,for as it could spread threw out the tank.

This is the true blue xenia I am talking about here, does anybody have this? Not mine.

First shot is with a flash or no actinic.
Second is with actinic.
