It's been "in the club" for quite a few years.  Frank gave it to Tom who found a leak in the bag on his way home from a meeting.  He threw it into the side panel in his car to keep it moist.  Tom had it a few years before he gave it to me.  It has survived at least two tank crashes with me.  It's really a beautiful coral.  I never paid much attention to blastos before, but they truly are some beautiful hardy corals as the next two picture show.

If you ever frag this, I am calling dibs. Also on your chalices. You still never told me who you use for frag packs. I remember you telling us every summer you buy one.

Dan Rigle is a hobbyist I bought a lot of SPS packs from, as well as John at Yourreef.com.  In the past I have gotten some decent pieces from LiveAquaria and Saltwater fish.  The nice thing about LA and Saltwater fish is that you get good sized established cultured frags that take off quicker than a 1" frag from another hobbyist.

My next purchase will probably be from Battlecorals.  WorldWideCorals also has some nice stuff.
